At Escapade UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Escapade UK account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our central warehouse address provided in your confirmation email.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
